When your background check is completed, you will receive an email fromconnect@clearstar.netwith a link to your background check report. 

If the report shows "Incomplete - SSN Needs Attention" it means that the SSN details must be validated with ClearStar. 

IMPORTANT:You will not receive an ABC# until this is fully completed.
