When your background check is completed, you will receive an email fromconnect@clearstar.netwith a link to your background check report.
If the report shows "Incomplete - SSN New Submission needed" it means that the SSN details entered at the time of submission could not be verified. You will need to resubmit for a new background check report.
IMPORTANT:You will not receive an ABC# until this is fully completed.
