Managing Your Network

As your independent contractor network grows, ShieldHub provides you features to make it easy to search and filter your network in the mange My Network grid. 

1. Click the Manage Network button in the left sidebar to access your network. 

2.Your independent contractors and candidates will appear in the Shared with Me Tab of the My Network Section

Sorting Your Network

Shieldhub provides several methods to view and organize your network, including sorting.  To sort your network simply click the network header.  The sort direction is indicated by the up/down arrow.

In the bow example, Email is being sorted from lowest value to highest as indicated by the down arrow.

Filtering Your Network

Every column also has the option for you to build filters to narrow down.  Click the stacked menu item in the column header () to reveal the filter panel.

From the pop-up panel, you can build a filter to narrow down your vendors.  You can set up multiple column filters as necessary to filter your independent contractor panel as necessary.

In the above example, we are filtering all results that contain a ShieldScore of IC01+, on the reveal you can see that one vendor with an IC01+ meets the criteria. 

Pagination and Page Size

ShieldHub will automatically paginate your network on the bottom right of the Shared with my table.  Because of limited space we limit the number of rows that are available to display by default.  

You can change the number of vendors that can display at once by adjusting the page size.

Resizing Columns

There may be times when you may want to adjust the column widths to make data display easier. The ShieldHub network table supports resizing column by clicking and dragging the column separator.
