If you receive an email notice directly from ClearStar titled "Action Required: ShieldHub | ClearStar Background Check Details" you will need to review the email instructions in detail and proceed accordingly.
Note: The login link provided in the email body requires a "Key" and "Request Date" to access the secure link. This information can be found at the bottom of the email received.
You will not be issued a ShieldID and ShieldScore until this process is complete.
