Where is my ShieldID?

Your ShieldID is a unique identifier that others can use to search and verify your ShieldScore. Your ShieldID can also be used by clients and partners to send network request for monitoring and compliance. 

Your ShieldID:

• Is issued to you once you approve your first ShieldScore or background check report
• Once assigned your ShieldID will never change
• You can share your ShieldID with unlimited partners during the active subscription period

Where is my ShieldID?

Once assigned, your ShieldID can be found in several places:

1. ShieldScore Confirmation email
   Your ShieldID was included in your ShieldScore approval confirmation email with the subject line "You've Approved your ShieldScore"
   
   
2. Your User Profile
   Your ShieldScore, Expiration, and ShieldID are also available from your profile under your profile image. 
   1. Click My Profile from the left sidebar navigation.

   2. On desktop browsers your ShieldID is located in the information window to the right of your personal information, under your profile image.
      
      
      
      
   3. On mobile browsers your ShieldID information is located at the top of the profile.
      

3. On Your Dashboard 
Your ShieldID Is displayed on the bottom right corner of your main dashboard in the My Information box.

On mobile devices, the My Information Box van be found at the bottom of the screen after the invitation box.

4. In the Left Mobile Navigation
On mobile devices, your ShieldID is displayed at the top of the left navigation sidebar.  Click the menu button in the header to access the navigation ()

4. On Your Network Page
Your ShieldID is also displayed in a My Information box to the right of your invitations on your network page.  

1. Click the Networkbutton on the left sidebar to access your network page. 

   
   

   
   
   
2. Your ShieldID and other information are located in the My Information box to the right of the invitation box.  This is found in the top right corner of the screen.
