If you purchased your background check through the ShieldHub portal, you can download your completed background check report from your main dashboard.
All your background check information is available in the My Background Checks section of the main dashboard. Once a background check has been market complete and delivered from our Consumer Reporting Agency Partner, you can download the report by clicking the download link.
If you purchased your background check before December 15, 2023 or through a ShieldHub Partner:
