To ensure your clients and customers can verify your background check data, you must enable ShieldID Searching.
To update your preferences go to My Profile:
- Login to your Shieldhub account
- Click the My Profile link in the left sidebar navigation
- Scroll to the Privacy & Personal Data Section
- Click the ShieldID Search Results Switch.
Once enabled your ShieldID will now be searchable to registered clients and customers.
