Make Your ShieldID Searchable

To ensure your clients and customers can verify your background check data, you must enable ShieldID Searching.


To update your preferences go to My Profile:

  1. Login to your Shieldhub account
  2. Click the My Profile link in the left sidebar navigation
  3. Scroll to the Privacy & Personal Data Section

  4. Click the ShieldID Search Results Switch. 

Once enabled your ShieldID will now be searchable to registered clients and customers.
