During the background check process, you may receive a notice from ClearStar with a link to an incomplete report or this status alert is showing in the ShieldHub portal.
If the report or status shows "Incomplete - SSN New Submission needed" it means that the SSN details entered at the time of submission could not be verified.
You will need to resubmit for a new background check report.
IMPORTANT: You will not receive a ShieldID (ABC#) until this is fully completed.
