Incomplete – SSN Needs Attention

During the background check process, you may receive a notice from ClearStar with a link to an incomplete report or this status alert is showing in the ShieldHub portal.


If the report or status shows "Incomplete - SSN Needs Attention" it means that the SSN details must be validated with ClearStar. 


IMPORTANT:  You will not receive an ABC# until this is fully completed.
