During the background check process, you may receive a notice from ShieldHub titled "ShieldHub Action Required | SSN Error Notice" or this status alert is showing in the ShieldHub portal.
If the report or status shows "Incomplete - SSN Needs Attention" it means that the SSN provided on the background screening application must be validated with the CRA.
IMPORTANT: You will not receive a ShieldID (ABC#) until this is fully completed.
