During the background check process, you may receive a notice from ShieldHub titled "ShieldHub Action Required | SSN Error Notice" or this status alert is showing in the ShieldHub portal.
If the report or status shows "Incomplete - SSN New Submission needed" it means that the SSN details entered at the time of application submission could not be verified or was verified as invalid.
You will need to resubmit for a new background check report.
IMPORTANT: You will not receive a ShieldID (ABC#) until a new background screening application is completed with the correct SSN.
