Refund Requests

Once services have been initiated, fees are nonrefundable. Services are considered initiated upon successful submission of a background check application to ShieldHub's CRA Partner.

Fee refunds are ONLY permitted PRIOR to a successful background check application submission.

Applications submitted for the wrong jurisdiction (NY vs. Non-NY) are not refundable unless the request is made PRIOR to background check application submission.

To request a refund, submit a request by email to support@shieldhub.com or open a Support Ticket at ShieldHub Support

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days of approval. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. ShieldHub will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
