How to Redeem a Coupon

If you were provided a coupon code in your network invitation, you can redeem it when on your next ShieldScore purchase.

The checkout process includes a credit card payment step that is required before you can start the background check application.

1. After you select your package, you will be presented with a payment screen.  The Coupon Code redemption field is under the credit card information.
   
   
   
   
2. You can copy and paste the code from your email into the Coupon Code field. Click the Apply button to update the pricing to reflect the coupon.
   

   
   
   

   
   
   
3. Once you click Apply, the price should update to reflect the payment.  If your coupon was for the full amount of the background check, no payment will be required. Each code is only single-use and will expire upon use. 
   
   
   
4. Click Remove if you need to remove the code to apply a different code.
