Introduction to ShieldPulse Network Monitoring

This article is intended for business or enterprise users that need to manage large independent contractor workforces. 

ShieldPulse is a feature that allows businesses to continuously monitor their trusted network. Once an independent contractor accepts an invite, they will added to the business' trusted network.

Every ShieldHub subscription includes background monitoring from the national database. In the event of a change in the underlying criminal data, the users ShieldScore is recalculated.  This ensures that when you verify a ShieldScore, you are getting the most recent up-to-date information available. 

For independent contractors and gig workers.  By purchasing their background checks through ShieldHub they are compliant and ready for work.

Building Your Trusted Network

To start building your trusted network, click the Manage Network item from the left sidebar navigation.  This will get you to the invitations and network page.  

The Shared with Me Tab will display any contractors that have accepted your network invite.  included will be their current ShieldScore.  Since their score is continuously monitored during their subscription, you can enforce compliance across your network.  To add a vendor, you simply click the Invite Vendor button.  You can also invite users from the search results screen.
