During the background check process, you may receive a notice from ClearStar with a link to an incomplete report or this status alert is showing in the ShieldHub portal.
If the report or status shows "Incomplete - ID needs attention" it means that the images, you recently submitted for your background check, could not be used to validate your identity.
IMPORTANT:
A ShieldID (ABC#) cannot be provided until this is completed successfully, and each attempt will incur an $8 fee.

ClearStar will automatically send you a new request to complete your ClearID profile again.
- If you have not received this request, first check your spam, or junk folders.
- If the email has not arrived, then please contact ClearStar to resend a new ClearID profile.
