If ordered directly through the ShieldHub portal, the status of your background checks are in the My Background Check section of your Shieldhub main dashboard.
Statuses include:
Form Incomplete - This indicates that you have started a background check application, but have not submitted it to the Consumer Reporting Agency for processing. Background checks in form incomplete status remain so until they are submitted. Simply click the Resume Check button to return to where you left off in the application process.
In Progress - This indicates that you have submitted a report, and that the Consumer Reporting Agency is still working on it. This may take 4-6 business days, but there can be other factors that impact delivery.
