ShieldHub Customer Invites from Inactive emails

We understand that not all clients and customers manage to keep their contact emails up to date.  So occasionally, there may be times you receive an invite from an old inactive email that you no longer use. 


If you received an invite from an email you have access to, then can resolve this issue without needing to register and open a new ShieldHub account. 


If you still have access to your email you can add old emails to your profile as a verified email.  Once verified, we'll pull any invitations and network connections associated with your freshly verified email.  For details on how to add and verify a new email account visit Managing Your Profile help desk article.
