For Customers Before December 20, 2023

If you have never logged into ShieldHub.com and received your background check prior to December 18, 2023 you likely purchased your background check directly from our CRA partners prior to the launch of the new hub.  


To retrieve your account, use the forgot password process using the same email you used to originally purchase your background check.  If your email matches a ShieldHub account, a reset email will be sent to you. For more information about password recovery visit: Password Recovery

Once you gain access to your account, please verify that accuracy of the account information.  Your ShieldID (ABC#) should be visible under My Profile.


To renew your ShieldID click the Buy Background Check from the left sidebar navigation.
