Network Actions: SMS Accept

SMS Accept uses text-messaging to provide a real-time candidate acceptance necessary to complete a network invite.

SMS Accept is available from the Network Action Button for those candidates that are in the "Accept and Consent" status.  Verified numbers will be sent a threaded SMS message where the candidate can opt in instantly into your network right from their SMS application.

1. While you are on the phone with the candidate, Select SMS Accept from the Action Menu. 

2. While you are on the phone with the candidate, have them verify the last 4 digits of the candidate's phone number on file.

3. The system will then send a confirmation code to the candidate.

4. Enter the confirmation code into the provided modal screen:

5. Once confirmed, the candidate will be sent an opt-in message requiring a "Y" (Yes) or "N" response.

6. This request sent screen will remain open waiting for the candidate's response.  Please allow up to 30 seconds from the candidate response to be received. 

7. When the candidate responds with a "Y", they are accepting consent and will receive a confirmation that they have been added to the report. If the candidate selects "N", it will be treated the same as ignore. Because they did not consent they will be required to be reinvited to join. 

7. The system will automatically indicate acceptance once the candidate has accepted the invitation. You can now dismiss the modal by clicking the done button.
