Affected Service: Microsoft 365 (External Dependency)
We are currently aware of a service disruption impacting Microsoft 365 services across multiple U.S. regions. This outage is originating from Microsoft and is affecting availability and performance of certain Microsoft 365 applications and integrations.
As a result, some users may experience:
- Delayed or failed email delivery
- Inability to access Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Intermittent authentication or synchronization issues for services relying on Microsoft 365
At this time, the issue is outside of our direct control. Microsoft has acknowledged the incident and is actively working to restore full service. We are closely monitoring their progress and will provide updates as additional information becomes available.
